Pet Memorial Submissions
To submit a photo and/or text for our Pet Memorials section, please email us with the following information:
• Name of your pet
• Date of birth (if known)
• Date of death
• A photo of your pet (in JPG format please)
• Optional: a short remembrance, poem, quote, or other text to accompany the photo
Email your information and photo to us at info@guilfordvet.com.
We will do our best to post your memorial in a timely manner and will notify you by email when it is online.
The Guilford Veterinary Hospital reserves the right to edit text and images as necessary or appropriate for our web site's content guidelines.
